to help offset some of the costs of your education. To qualify, you must be an admitted student of either Motlow State Community College or Middle Tennessee State University, taking classes at Middle Tennessee Education Center (MTEC) in Shelbyville. We have developed two surveys - one for individuals and one for businesses - to help us know how we can be of service to the counties served by MTEC.
